The summer of 2000
The summer of 2000 was the culmination of a long process for our family. In June of 1999 we began praying about joining the work of Mission Aviation Fellowship in Ecuador. This was a year long process which involved considerable patience, perseverance, and trust in God. If you'd like, you can read our story.

We were accepted as short term staff in April 2000 and assigned to Shell, Ecuador. David taught grades 7 and 8 at the Nate Saint Memorial School. Dustin (grade 3) and Taylor (Kindergarten) attend the same school.
