Web Page from August 2005From July 2000 to June 2005 we lived and worked in Shell, Ecuador as short term associate staff with Mission Aviation Fellowship. When we first understood that God wanted us to go teach missionary kids overseas, we thought it would be for a year or two. It turned out to be much longer than that!

During the first year, David taught grades seven and eight at the Nate Saint Memorial School the same school that Dustin and Taylor attended. The next four years, he was the Information Technology Specialist for the MAF program. Ellyn used her gifts as a photographer, events planner, interior designer, and was also the MAF hospitality coordinator for several years. The old web site has been archived and is still available.

After our return to the United States, we didn't return to our home in California, but instead made the jump to MAF career staff and moved to Idaho. MAF, which has been based in southern California for sixty years, is moving its US headquarters to Nampa, Idaho. The move is scheduled to be completed by September 2006.
