I should have said

I should have said that Luke was coming over to spend the night when he and his mom discovered the snake at the front door. On the way over his mom had just said something to him about wondering when they were going to see a snake. Guess they haven't seen one in the past year that they've been here. At least they didn't find it in our house. The people who lived in our house before us found coral snakes in the house on a regular basis. I think the reason was that they didn't have a thresh hold under the back door. That's the first thing I put in when we moved into the house. I HATE snakes.
