Wanna' Buy A Cheap CD?

I've seen them for sale all over the place. In fact, I have a couple discs that a young friend gave to me. Pirated CDs are cheap in Ecuador, and there's not much that law enforcement can do or wants to do. The police are going after the violent crimes, and crime rate is up right now in the country. On top of that, in a country where almost two-thirds of the people live in poverty, there is little concern for the multi-million dollar music industry.
