Grenade Attack on British Consulate

A grenade was thrown at the British consulate in Guayaquil on Monday. Most likely a protest against the war in Iraq. There were some demonstrations in Quito last week. I'm not sure of all the details, but I did hear that one of the issues the protestors were concerned about was that the US would pass the cost of the war on to Ecuador.
