Contract Needed

This update from our Quito office manager:
We have been working since March to sign a new contract with the Ecuadorian Ministry of Public Health. It looks like the final issues were worked out this week and we should have a signed contract within the month. The problem is that without a signed contract they say they can't pay us for the flights we've done since June (the old contract expired in May) which total to over $58K. Needless to say that makes cash flow really tight. And, even with the signed contract, their budget for our flights ran out in May so they aren't sure where they'll get the money to pay us once the contract is signed.
